Flag Day at Macdonough!

Macdonough School students and staff celebrated Flag Day dressed in red, white, and blue!  The morning started with a community walk to school as dozens of families traveled down High Street along with teachers and members of the Middletown Fire Department who distributed red, white, and blue balloons.



Once at school, the children were welcomed with patriotic music along with lots and lots of flags!  Dr. Frechette was on hand to honor students with the annual Citizenship Award.  Miss DeAngelis, our music teacher, led the students in a few songs.
