Macdonough School students were treated to a three session after school program focusing on Asian Brush Painting. Hannah Jung, an art teacher at Middletown High School, offered the program to students in third, fourth, and fifth grade.Students completed the program on December 4th having participated in experiences using the four foundational techniques of brush painting using four different plants (Orchid, Plum Blossom, Chrysanthemum, and Bamboo).
The Asian Brush Painting program was offered as part of Middletown's Professional Improvement Grant Fund.
