3rd Grade Writing Buddies

This week the third grade classes took a trip to the New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park. Students were able to meet their new writing buddies from Woodside Intermediate School! Our third grade scientists investigated pond water for living things using slides and a microscope. Students also learned about predators and prey. They were given the opportunity to pet a rabbit, dove, and snake! Luckily, for Miss Erasmus, they left the large python inside his cage.
