5th graders in Mrs. Ellis' class received their 3rd golden owl for students arriving to school on time. As a prize, students chose to make ice cream. Students worked with partners to mix up the ingredients. It came out delicious!
If you are interested in trying it at home, it's very simple. For one serving you need -
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar
Put those ingredients in a small ziplock bag.
In a larger ziplock back put ice and salt. Place the small bag in the large bag, seal tightly and just shake!!
