Greek Myths at Macdonough

Did you know a group of students meet each Wednesday morning before school to learn all about the great gods and goddesses of ancient Greece? 

Jen Alexander, a Macdonough parent, leads the group and introduces our students to famous Greek gods including mighty Zeus, lord of the universe; elegant Athena, goddess of wisdom; Hera, queen of Olympus; and moody Poseidon, ruler of the sea.

Each child in the group received a copy of D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths to further explore the many gods and goddesses of ancient Greece!
